TrustCare is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet patients, assist with registration, and manage front desk duties at our Mississippi clinics. You will handle calls, process records, and help maintain accurate insurance and billing information with a patient‑focused attitude.

This PRN, hourly role emphasizes hospitality, efficiency, and confidentiality while supporting clinicians and ensuring a smooth patient experience across our community care sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
• Comfort with computers and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.
• Assist with patient registration and ensure forms are completed accurately.
• Maintain patient records, including insurance and billing information.
• Answer incoming calls and guide patients with courteous responses.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances in a respectful and timely manner.
• Keep reception area tidy and organized, protecting patient privacy at all times.
• Support the clinical team with general administrative tasks as needed.
