Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
• Comfort with computers and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with warmth and professionalism at the front desk.
• Assist with patient registration and ensure forms are completed accurately.
• Maintain patient records, including insurance and billing information.
• Answer incoming calls and guide patients with courteous responses.
