Job summary

Fast Pace Health in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide front-office support, greet patients, register and collect demographics and insurance information under supervision. You will handle phone inquiries, schedule, coordinate records, and assist with back-office tasks as needed, while maintaining excellent customer service and a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of customer experience, preferably in urgent care.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and discharge patients with high service levels.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Verify and update patient insurance and explain co-pays/deductibles.
• Answer phones with patient-centered, courteous responses.
• Collaborate with team to maintain clinic flow and records.
• Support back-office tasks and training as needed.
