Responsibilities

• Completes required permits and certificates and ensures accuracy for state/federal regulations.
• Receives and processes payments and contracts; assists with obituaries.
• Coordinates orders for memorials and related products; oversees storage inventory for vaults and markers.
• Greets family members and communicates needs promptly to staff; demonstrates compassion and empathy at all times.
