OneWell Health Care seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered care for individuals with IDD in home and community settings. The DSP will support daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, medication assistance, and behavior support under supervision.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISP/IPP, documentation, and HIPAA compliance, with flexible scheduling and field-based work across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: prior caregiving/home health/IDD support experience.
• Experience in community-based or residential settings is desired.
• Ability to use EVV systems for documentation.
• Basic computer skills including email and mobile apps.
• Ability to follow written care plans and documentation guidelines.
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités
