Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Butler, PA. The DSP delivers daily living assistance, supports skill development, and promotes independence under supervision of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires English proficiency, basic computer use, and ability to operate EVV/documentation systems.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Experience with electronic documentation and EVV systems is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home/community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance as authorized.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health, safety, and emotional well-being.
