As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one assistance, help with daily living activities, and support participation in social and community events, while documenting progress and coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, grooming, hygiene, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately documenting care, activities, and progress; communicating with team members.
