Help at Home in the United States is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities.
• Documenting care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicating with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
