Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, cooking, and transportation.
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities.
• Promoting independence and self-advocacy.
• Documenting care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicating with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
