Job summary

One Senior Care is hiring a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely to appointments and assist with daily care, in center or at home. The role requires flexibility and a patient, team-oriented approach, with training provided.

Starting pay is $15.90 per hour, rising to $16.90 after 90 days, plus a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and quarterly incentives. Full-time shifts, benefits, and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Q-Straint Academy Certification is provided/training provided.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on/off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices.
• Adjust transportation routes to follow schedules.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle clean and safe; report maintenance needs.
