Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants to appointments and support their daily needs in the center or at home. The role requires flexibility to adjust schedules while maintaining safety, reliability, and compassionate service.

The position includes hand-on care tasks, a friendly team environment, and opportunities for training and career development in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Requires valid state driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices.
• Adjust routes and schedules as needed while following established plans.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
