Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) for full-time work. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in centers or homes, with travel throughout the service area and a flexible schedule.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a robust benefits package including PTO, holidays, and retirement matching. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area and adjust routes as needed.
• Successful completion of background check, health and safety screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Communicate promptly with scheduling staff and the interdisciplinary team.
