Job summary

One Senior Care in Meadville, PA is hiring a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely to appointments and support their daily needs at the center or in their homes. You’ll follow schedules, assist on/off the vehicle, and maintain safety with compassion.

You will work with a supportive team, receive training, and benefit from a structured environment. The role offers opportunity for growth, scheduling flexibility, and essential caregiving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Q-Straint Academy Certification is required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts, secure mobility devices, and follow safety procedures.
• Adjust transportation routes as needed while following schedules.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
