One Senior Care is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely to appointments and provide daily living support in centers or homes. The role emphasizes dependable, compassionate service with flexible scheduling and teamwork for a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with reliable transportation history.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain post-hire.
• Q-Straint Academy training provided or certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care and courtesy.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices following safety procedures.
• Adjust routes as needed while keeping established schedules.
• Run errands for the center and support daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families and staff.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Support participants with personal care when required, including bathing and toileting.
• Keep vehicle clean, safe and report maintenance promptly.
• Attend required trainings and participate in quality initiatives.
