Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants to appointments and assist with daily needs, in centers or homes. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and compassionate service with a flexible schedule and ongoing training opportunities.

Starting hourly wage is $15.90, with a raise to $16.90 after 90 days; Frontline Staff Incentive Plan eligible up to $900 quarterly. CPR/First Aid certification training is provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area and adjust routes based on participant needs.
• Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB Screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants safely to and from scheduled appointments and the center.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care and courtesy.
• Operate wheelchair lifts, secure mobility devices, and follow all safety procedures.
• Adjust transportation routes as needed while following established schedules.
• Run occasional errands for the center, such as picking up supplies or medications.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, staff, and outside agencies.
