Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for full-time work in the service area. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support to seniors, whether in centers or participants' homes.

A valid driver's license is essential, with regular travel throughout the service area. The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $15.50, rising to $16.50 after 90 days, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a frontline incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel within the service area and to Participant homes as needed.
• Experience with caring for seniors is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and supervision to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build rapport and trust through kindness and respectful communication.
