• Delivers and serves meals to patients/residents in dining area; food and beverages.
• Prepares between-meal nourishments and serves per guidelines.
• Offers menu substitutions and records them per guidelines.
• Follows procedures for serving partner meals.
• Communicates well with patients/residents/clients and family members, greeting warmly and addressing concerns professionally.
• Cleans dining and work areas and follows infection control policies.
