Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Dietary Support role in Georgia to assist with food preparation and meal delivery for patients/residents. You will follow established procedures for storing, serving, and transporting food and supplies, and help maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous server experience is helpful; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous food service and/or food preparation experience preferred, long term care dietary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing meals, desserts and snacks for patients/residents.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents and serve meals in dining area.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and serve according to guidelines.
• Record menu substitutions as directed.
• Communicate warmly with patients/residents and family members and address concerns professionally.
