Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining a clean kitchen and following safety guidelines.

The role requires following recipes, handling dietary restrictions, and collaborating with staff to deliver excellent resident service. Prior kitchen experience and ServSafe or Food Handler certification are preferred, with residency in the service area.

Qualifications

• Must have basic food handling knowledge and the ability to follow dietary restrictions.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff, and guests.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and kitchen cleanliness; follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents and staff.
