Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, maintain high standards for taste, quality, and presentation, and ensure food safety and sanitation in a busy kitchen.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in food prep, ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions, and current ServSafe or Food Handler certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
