The role requires a high school diploma, prior cooking experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to sanitation guidelines. Certification such as ServSafe is preferred or required by state law.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• May complete an approved sanitation and safety course.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state/county law.
• Residency within service area required.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
