Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality and presentation, and comply with safety standards to support a clean kitchen environment.

Your role includes assisting with inventory and interacting positively with residents and staff. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook or food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state/county law.
• Residency within the service area required.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
