Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document care accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires adherence to facility policies, safety procedures, and teamwork with nursing staff. Qualifications include a CNA license and at least a 10th grade education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum education: 10th grade.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Math skills: fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions.

Responsibilities
