Job summary

PACS is seeking a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care following residents’ assessments and care plans. You will support residents with daily activities, document accurately, and maintain a warm, safe environment under supervision.

CPR certification is preferred. Minimum education is 10th grade; CNA license required by state law. This role emphasizes patient safety, confidentiality, and teamwork across shifts in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals or procedures.
• Must be able to write reports and procedures.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations and descriptive notes.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily care tasks according to care plans.
