PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. You will greet residents, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

The role requires a valid CNA license, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication. You will document care and report changes promptly, while protecting patient privacy and following facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments with wristband or photo ID.
• Document entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Follow facility policies concerning blood/body fluids and safety.
