Job summary

Gallatin Nursing & Rehab is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s assessment and care plan. The role involves identifying residents, recording accurate information, and reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining patient privacy, and ensuring a warm, safe environment on the unit.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and services.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
