Job summary

Yellowstone River is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our healthcare facility. You will follow the resident's care plan, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure safety and comfort under supervision.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, recording observations, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining clean rooms, and upholding patient privacy and dignity in a busy care

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record all entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort, safety, and privacy; greet and assist residents as needed.
