PACS in Richland, WA seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans. You will identify residents, document clearly, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, confidentiality, and teamwork across shifts. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, room preparation, feeding support, and monitoring for skin issues.

Formación

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents with wristband/photo card before treatments or meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and descriptively.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Assist with transferring, mobility, and daily living activities as trained.
• Greet residents, orient them to their room, and ensure comfort.
• Observe for pressure areas and skin breakdowns and report.
