Job summary

Jackson Creek Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans and as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, reporting changes to Charge Nurse, maintaining charts, and ensuring resident comfort and safety on each shift. CPR is preferred; must have CNA license in state and at least a 10th grade education.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per care plans and supervisor direction.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Record entries accurately and maintain charts/flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared and safe, greet and assist residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
