Job summary

Jackson Creek Memory Care is seeking a CNA for day shifts to provide routine nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans. You will identify residents, document accurately, and escalate changes to the Nurse Supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, hygiene, and daily activities, while maintaining a warm, safe, and respectful environment. Certification and CPR are preferred, and you will work under supervision within the facility.

• Follow policies on blood/body fluids exposure and confidentiality.
