Job summary

Jackson Creek Memory Care seeks a dedicated CNA for night shift to provide residents with routine daily nursing care in line with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort, and maintain safety throughout the unit.

You will document care accurately, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, protect resident privacy, and work with the team to ensure a calm, warm environment during your shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow supervisors' instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain resident privacy and protect health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
