Jackson Creek Post Acute in Independence, MO seeks a dedicated CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and services per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents before treatments, log observations, and assist with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety on every shift.

The role requires an active CNA license as per state laws; CPR is preferred and attention to confidentiality and safety policies is essential.

Formación

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and procedures.
• Record observations and changes in residents' conditions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies on blood/ body fluids exposure.
• Greet residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort and safety.
