Job summary

Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice-Tooele in Tooele, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the care team. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as RN or LPN in Utah.

• Effective communication with interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
