Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents according to care plans and supervision. You will identify residents, assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility, and maintain accurate records and a compassionate environment.

Applicants must hold a state-licensed CNA and have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license per state requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly and accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Maintain residents' rooms, beds, and personal belongings.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
