Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident and patient care per the Plan of Care.
• Maintain Plan of Care; assist with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report skin issues and pressure areas.
• Assist with rehabilitative/restorative procedures as needed.
• Create a warm, calm environment and answer resident calls promptly.
