Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Nurse Aide to support registered nurses with essential patient care tasks and documentation. Qualifications

• GED/HSED or high school diploma required.
• Current Nurse Aide in good standing per state registry.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 45 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care: bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility.
• Document blood pressure, HR, RR, I&O, daily weights in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and room setup.
• Collect specimens and perform point‑of‑care testing as directed.
• Restock supplies, clean equipment, and maintain nursing area.
• Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and diet tasks.
• Maintain skin integrity and manage TED hose or similar devices.
• Practice infection prevention and hand hygiene; age‑appropriate care.
• May assist with IV removal, post mortem care, and bladder scans as needed.
