Advocate Health in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Nursing Assistant to support daily patient care under RN supervision. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and vital sign documentation in the EMR, while helping with admissions, transfers and discharges.

The role requires good communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Expect responsibilities for nutrition, skin care, and safe patient handling, with needed certification within designated timelines.

Formación

• Must have BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 45 days of hire.
• Nurse Aide in good standing per State Registry.
• Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or high school equivalency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and positioning.
• Record blood pressures, vitals, intake/output, weights, and other data in EMR.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges; orient patients to rooms.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient needs to RN; document observations.
• Support nutritional needs and skin care; ensure supplies and TED hose are provided.
• Assist with specimen collection and point-of-care testing as directed.
