Job summary

PACS seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care in line with each resident's care plan, identify residents, and support a warm, safe environment. You will document care and communicate changes to the nurse in charge.

State-licensed CNA required; CPR preferred. Must be able to assist with lifting up to 25 pounds and work collaboratively with the nursing team. Pay range: $15–$16.27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• CPR Preferred.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or care.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care to maintain comfort and dignity.
• Observe and report injuries, skin breakdowns, and any deviations from care plans.
