Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in line with their care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document care, and promptly report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must have a CNA license and at least 10th grade education; CPR preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay range of 23–25 USD per hour, reflecting standard U.S. market rates.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret care plans and medical notes.
• Ability to report changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities
