Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor to maintain high-quality service.

The role requires a state CNA license, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, and physical stamina to assist with mobility. Pay ranges from $23-28 per hour; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess an CNA license
• Must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and escort to activities.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dressing, bathing, meals, etc.).
