Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents per assessment and care plans. You will identify residents before treatments, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, assisting with daily living activities, preparing for tests, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Pay ranges from $15 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals.
• Record entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily personal care and mobility.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
