Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents. You will identify residents, administer basic care, and record information according to policies, earning $20.00 per hour.

As part of the nursing team, you will report changes in residents’ conditions, maintain documentation, and support a calm, warm environment while upholding privacy and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Record entries clearly and accurately on flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information and report any unauthorized access.
