Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance and meaningful activity engagement for residents. You will support residents with activities of daily living, encourage independence, and help integrate residents into community events with a compassionate approach.

You will document resident status, report concerns promptly to nursing staff, and cooperate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license in the state of licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of staff.
• Polite, considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Conduct housekeeping duties and maintain clean resident areas.
• Monitor and document resident status in daily log and clinical records.
• Report incidents or care concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor promptly.
• Support move-in transition with emotional assistance.
• Help residents to dining room and participate in activities.
