PACS Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our facility in Florida.

You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor health status, and support the care team to maintain a safe, warm environment. The role requires adherence to care plans, proper documentation, and prompt reporting of changes in condition.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required (minimum 10th grade).
• Knowledge of basic nursing care procedures and patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Record data accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Support patient comfort and well-being and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Ensure room is prepared for residents and assist with transfers and admissions.
