PACS seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and assist residents according to care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to nursing leadership while maintaining confidentiality and resident dignity.

The role requires reading and documenting medical information, following established procedures, and supporting residents with daily activities and mobility. CPR is preferred and professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA licensed per state laws.
• A minimum of 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• CPR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals as necessary.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care needs.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and facilitate transports as needed.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and cooperate with other staff.
