Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Florida, following assessments and care plans. This role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and compassionate interaction.

The job requires completing essential duties such as assisting with treatments, meals, mobility, and daily activities, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and care following resident assessments and care plans.
• Record entries on flow sheets and notes in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and report disclosures.
• Greet residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure rooms are ready for reception.
