Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in a Florida facility. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient privacy in a supportive team environment.

The role requires state CNA licensing with CPR preferred. Evening and night shifts offer additional pay differentials and opportunities to contribute to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess a state-licensed CNA with CPR preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum education listed as 10th grade.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as trained.
• Transport residents between rooms and to activities as needed.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
