• Must have valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must have basic computer skills.

• Ability to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under a licensed nurse.
• Respect residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Document care and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities and appointments.
