Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, grooming).
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist with lifting and mobility of residents.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Provide shift-to-shift reports as required.
