Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Experience delivering direct resident care and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and feeding as needed.
• Support admission and discharge processes and help with daily activities.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Document care provided and report changes to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with transporting residents to appointments, activities and meals as required.
